Reply Templates

The Reply templates are standard email templates that you can use to respond to companies when you are processing their submissions or registration requests.

Learn how to manage reply templates using eCert Chamber by watching this demonstration and consulting the user guide below.

We have created some standard templates. Click on each reply template to view and/or change the template response.

Add a New Reply Template

Step 1. Go to Chamber Management menu and select Reply Templates.

Step 2. Click Add button.

Step 3. Enter a description for the Reply Template.

Step 4. In the Signature Body text area, enter the text that you wish to use.

Step 5. Click Save.


Edit a Reply Template

Step 1. Select the template you wish to edit from the list of available Reply Templates.

Step 2. Make the required changes.

Step 3. Click Save.


Remove a Reply Template

Step 1. In the list of the available Reply Templates, click the template you wish to remove.

Step 2. Click Remove.

Step 3. A confirmation message is displayed and the template is removed from the list.
