Pending Freight Forwarder Relationships

RSS

Freight Forwarders must first register and be approved by your chamber before they can process submissions on behalf of their customers i.e. exporters.

Once the Freight Forwarder is approved by your chamber, they are can then invite customers to acknowledge the relationship and nominate them as their preferred Freight Forwarder. This relationship is recognised and approved by your chamber using the Pending Freight Forwarder Relationships screen.

NOTE:- If the exporter is not currently registered with your chamber, they will first be required to fill out the registration page and be approved. This all happens in the one process so if a registration is the result of a Freight Forwarder invitation when you approve the exporter you will automatically be taken to the Pending Freight Forwarder Relationships screen to then approve that relationship.
