My Details is where you are able to:
* Change your name, position and phone number
* Reset your password
* Re-generate an electronic signature based on your name or upload a true representation of your signature
* Edit the details about your company.
* Configure a Central Email address if submitting via eCert Direct
* Change your submission method
* Review the chambers that you are currently registered with or in the process of registering with
Select Maintenance – My Details from the menu

Please note, there are three signatory privilege levels in eCertify. Please take a moment to read about the roles, responsibilities and administration rights for each signatory level

Always hit the Save button to save changes before you select a different menu item.
Update My Details
If any of your details have changed since you originally registered with eCertify you may change them in the My Details section.
Once you have made the necessary change click on the save button in the top or bottom right hand corner.
Reset My Password
If you wish to reset your password enter the new password you would like to use and click on save in the top or bottom right hand corner.
Update My Signature
If you have changed your name and wish to re-generate an electronic signature tick the Create Signature from first and last name checkbox. Alternatively, if you wish to upload a true copy of your signature, click on the browse button to locate the file to upload. For guidelines on uploading a true copy of your signature click on the hyperlink 'How do I upload?'
Click on the save button in the top or bottom right corner.
Update My Company Details
If you are the System Administrator for your company you are able to update the details for your company.
If you wish to upload a copy of your company logo follow the instructions in the 'How do I upload?' hyperlink.
To save any changes click on the save button in the top or bottom right hand corner.
Configure the Vendor Central Email Submission Method
For those signatories who are using eCert Direct as their submission method, you have the option of configuring eCertify so that your submissions that are sent from their vendor software are sent from a single email address rather than each individual signatory.
This panel is only able to be edited by your System Administrator and their submission method must be set to eCert Direct for them to be able to edit the details.
The Panel will show if your submission method is set to eCert Submit or eCert WebDocs so that you are aware if this is set for any of your other signatories.Contact eCertify Support should you require any assistance.
Step 1.
To activate the Centre Email Address functionality tick the checkbox next to Use Vendor Central Email Address for all submissions and notifications.
Step 2
.Enter the email address that submissions will be sent from in the Vendor Central Email Address field.
Step 3.
If you wish the signatory of the submission to be CC’d on the email replies that are sent to the Central Email Address check the CC Signatory on Notification Emails.
Business Number Certificate
Some countries will issue a Business Number Certificate to a company when they first register their company name with the relevant regulatory body.As part of the process of registering with a Chamber they may request a copy of this certificate.A copy of the certificate may be uploaded into eCertify either during your initial registration process with your first chamber, or via the Business Number Certificate Panel.
Note:- This panel can be labelled to use the correct term for your country so may appear differently. Examples are Australian Business Number for Australian businesses and Federal Employer Identification Number for US businesses.
If you register with an additional chamber and your previous chamber did not require this certificate but the new chamber does, you will need to upload a copy of your certificate before processing an invitation to the new chamber.Click to browse to a saved copy of the certificate. Note:- the file cannot be large that 512KB. Click on Save.
The file will then be uploaded and saved. You can view the document by clicking on the document name under Current Business Number Certificate.
Update My Submission Method
If required you may change your submission method if you need to raise a particular shipment using a submission method other than your current method.
The eCertify submission methods are:
eCert Submit:- Send PDFs created in Word or Excel documents or from any Non Accredited Software Vendor
eCert WebDocs:- WebDocs gives Exporters and Freight Forwarders the ONLINE ability to create, submit and collect trade documents which require Certification by your preferred Chamber of Commerce.
eCert Direct:- Use your Accredited Vendor Software to send Electronic Certificates of Origin to a chamber.
Step 1.
Choose the new submission method from the dropdown list. Note:-If you choose eCert Direct you will also need to nominate the vendor software that you use.
Step 2.
Click on save in the top or bottom right hand corner. Your menu options will change to reflect the newly selected submission method.
Review the Chamber(s) that I am Registered With
A list of chambers that you are either registered or in the process of registering with is displayed in the Chamber Registrations panel.
