My Trading Names

My Trading Names enables your company to manage the submission of trade documents for multiple company trading names. These trading names can then be selected from a look-up when creating an eCert WebDocs shipment (Creating a WebDocs Shipment).

Note:- This menu option is only available if your submission method is eCert WebDocs.

Select Maintenance – My Trading Names from the eCert WebDocs menu.

Select Add to add a new entry, or select from the company list to either edit or delete the selected item. Click on the Save button. The new trading name will be saved to the database and can be selected when you are creating a new eCert WebDocs Shipment.

Edit an Existing Trading Name
Step 1. Click on the

icon next to the trading name you wish to edit.

Step 2. Make the required change and click on the Save button.

Delete a Trading Name
Step 1. Click on the

icon next to the trading name you wish to delete.

Step 2. Click on the Delete button to confirm the deletion.
