Raise Support Ticket with eCertify
You can raise a support request directly with eCertify support by clicking the Support button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 1
. Click on Support button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 2
. Enter the subject of the issue in the help box.
Step 3
. Click the Search icon.
Step 4
. A list of results that matches your answers will display.
Step 5
. If the answer to your question is listed in the results, click on the link to view the answers.
Step 6
. If the answer to your question is not listed in the results, click on the 'Leave us a message' button.
Step 7
. Enter your details and description of the issue.
Step 8
. Click Send button.
