Edit and Duplicate Shipments

Edit Shipments
You may edit an eCert WebDocs shipment from either the Pending Shipments or Processed Shipments Screens.
Step 1.
Click the editor icon (pencil) in the row of the shipment that you wish to edit.
Step 2.
The Shipment Header for the shipment will be displayed.
Step 3.
You can then edit each document by choosing that document from the menu and following the same steps as when you originally created the shipment
Resubmit Shipments
After editing a submitted shipment, you may resubmit the same by clicking the blue arrow. The system will generate a new certificate number for the shipment on resubmission, if your Chamber is configured for the same at the Umbrella body level.
Duplicate Shipments
If you have a shipment which is very similar to a previously processed shipment, you can duplicate the original shipment via either the Pending Shipments or Processed Shipments screens.
Step 1.
Search the target shipment on the basis of its status (either pending or processed) using the filters/search available on the ‘Search Shipments’ screen.
Step 2
. Click on the icon highlighted below.
Step 3.
The Shipment details window opens up. Enter new invoice number and invoice date. Enter new exporter's reference.
Step 4.
Click Save on the top or bottom right hand corner to save the shipment header.
Step 5.
Edit each of the required documents with the new shipment details. Each document will contain the same data as was on the documents from the original shipment.
