Step 1
. Click on Support in the top right hand corner of the screen
Step 2
. Select the System Area from the dropdown list.Note:- The options in this dropdown will vary depending on your submission method.
Step 3
. Select the description choice from the dropdown list. Note:- The options in this dropdown will vary depending on the system area chosen.
Step 4
. If applicable enter the exporter reference if the issue relates to a shipment
Step 5
. Enter a subject for the issue
Step 6
. Enter a detailed description of the issue
Step 7
. Click on Log Support Case
