Pending Shipments
You can view each document that is 30 days old and in the status of New, Submitted or Rejected by Chamber in the Pending Shipments Screen.
By default, you will be able to access the shipments that you have created on the screen.
Search Pending Shipments
You can use the search panel at the top of the page to search all submissions in the statuses of
- New
- Submitted
- Rejected by Chamber
The criteria you can search by are:-
- Status
- Chamber
- Exporter Reference
- Signatory
- Certificate Number
- Invoice Number
- Date Created from and to (defaults to 30 days ago in the From)
- Date Submitted from and to
- Submission type
Enter the information you wish to search by and click ‘Search’. For instance, if you wish to view all Pending Shipments for your company, you would select all from the Signatory drop down and click ‘Search’ button.
Delete a Shipment that has not been Submitted to the Chamber
If a shipment is no longer required, you may delete it provided that the status of the shipment is currently ‘New’.
Step 1
. Click the highlighted icon to delete the shipment.
Step 2.
Select OK to the confirmation that you wish to go ahead with the delete.
Step 3.
The shipment is then deleted from the system.
Change Signatory on an ECert WebDocs Shipment
If a shipment is in new or rejected status and the signatory who originally created the shipment is not available to edit the shipment, the Authorised Officer may transfer the shipment to another registered signatory within your to continue processing that shipment.
Step 1.
As the Authorised Officer login to eCertify and locate the shipment in Pending Shipments.
Step 2.
For each shipment that you wish to move to a different signatory check the checkbox next to each shipment.
Step 3.
Click Change Signatory Button.
Step 4.
A prompt window opens up prompting you select the new signatory to transfer the shipments to. Select the user from the drop down and click 'Move'.
Step 5.
The shipment is transferred to the new Signatory.
Step 6.
And the signature now appears on the document set.
