Raise Support Ticket with eCertify
You can raise a support request directly with eCertify support by clicking the Support button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 1. Click on Support button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
Step 2. Enter the subject of the issue in the help box.
Step 3. Click the Search icon.
Step 4. A list of results that matches your answers will display.
Step 5. If the answer to your question is listed in the results, click on the link to view the answers.
Step 6. If the answer to your question is not listed in the results, click on the 'Leave us a message' button.
Step 7. Enter your details and description of the issue.
Step 8. Click Send button.
