Before you can use eCert, you will need to have Registered. Go to the dedicated eCertify page on your Chamber's website. At the bottom of the page click on the Register Here button. Check with your Chamber if you cannot find the eCertify registration page on their website, as they can provide you with the Registration link.

Register with your Chamber. Watch the following demonstration which walks you through both the registration and set-up process.

Your Details

Your email address and password will be used by you to login. This email address will be then used by the Chamber to send approval or rejection notifications and PDF attachments of all the stamped and signed documents.

Company Reference

You can register against a company which is already in the system, or as a new company. If you are the first to register, you become the Authorized Officer, and will be issued a Company Reference. You will need to provide others registering within your company with your unique Company Reference so they can use it during their registration. As Authorized Officer, their registration will need to be approved by you before they are given access to log in.

Completing the Registration Form

Complete all fields on the registration form, specifying if your company is an exporter, a freight forwarder or an exporter using a freight forwarder. Selecting I am an Exporter means that you will be creating and submitting your own Certificates to the Chamber. Selecting I am a Freight Forwarder means you will be submitting on behalf on an Exporter.

Exporters using Freight Forwarders also need to register. When you register, select I am an exporter authorizing a freight forwarder to act on my behalf and then enter the reference number provided to you by your freight forwarder and select Find.

Select one of the three options available to electronically submit export documents, such as a Certificate of Origin, to the Chamber:

eCert Submit allows you to submit export documents in PDF format to your Chamber for certification.

eCert Webdocs allows you to create and submit export documents online stamping

eCert Direct allows you to submit export documents from Accredited Vendor Software for stamping and signing.

What Happens Next?

1.You will receive an email from eCertify confirming your registration, email address and password.

2.Once you've clicked the confirmation link in the email, you will then receive another email or phone call from the Chamber to confirm you and your company details, if you have registered for the first time as the Authorised Officer.

3.You can then login to your chamber to use eCertify by clicking on the link provided in the email. We suggest that you Bookmark the link or save it to your Favourites, so that it is easy to find the next time you need to login.

4. After you login, go to My Details section to view, set and/or modify information about: you, your company, the Chamber your are registered with; freight forwarders/agents who you have authorised to act on your behalf; and appoint Additional Signatories.

Congratulations. You can now start using eCertify to submit Certificates of Origin and other export documents from your desktop for stamping and signing by your Chamber of Commerce.
