Pending Shipments

Certificates that you have saved, or submitted to your Chamber for stamping and signing that have not yet been processed by the Chamber will show in your "Pending Shipments" list.

The Pending Submissions screen is made up of a Search section and a results list section.

Search Section:In this instance, the search Status is set as Pending. You can also search for approved, rejected, processed or all shipments. Search results can be filtered according to the chamber that the certificates have been submitted to, the user ‘Signatory’ that submitted them, the Exporter Reference, Certificate Number, Invoice Number, Shipment Creation Date and Submission Type.
