Email Promoting Audio-Visual Demonstrations

To help your Chamber promote the eCertify service and encourage increased adoption and usage, we have designed a HTML email that is sent to an exporter or freight forwarder once their registration has been approved.

The email prompts them to view audio-visual demonstrations within eCertify Help section that show them how to setup their user and company details, and how to use eCert Webdocs and eCert Submit to process trade documentation electronically.

Should your chamber also wish to prompt/remind new users to view the demonstrations, please provide the ZIP folder to the individual who is responsible for distribution of marketing and communication campaigns at your Chamber. They can then make any changes necessary to the email (as described on the Read Me file within the ZIP folder) and then upload the enclosed HTML email to your Chamber's email distribution and marketing platform.
