You can view each submission that has been processed by your chamber within the processed submissions screen. You can also view: the chamber signatory that processed the submission; and the date the exporter / Freight Forwarder accepted the processed documents.

REVIEW A PROCESSED SUBMISSION
Once a submission has been stamped, it moves to the Processed Submissions screen. The Chamber signatories can search on the following statuses:-

All
-
Approved by Chamber
-
Rejected by Chamber
-
Declined by Member
-
Awaiting Chamber Payment
-
Awaiting Member Payment
-
Completed
The window, by default, retrieves submissions created in the last 30 days. To view submissions for dates prior to this you can use the search filters available in the Search Submissions section.
The window marks replaced approved submissions by (R) for an easy identification by Chamber signatories.
Step 1. Click on the
icon to review a processed submission.
Step 2. Review the details of the submission.
Note:-You can review the layout and stamps that were applied on each document by clicking on the
icon next to each document.
You can view a copy of the document with all stamps applied by clicking on the
icon.
