Documents that you have saved or submitted to your Chamber for stamping and signing that have not yet been processed by your Chamber will show in your
"Pending Shipments"

In Pending Shipments you are able to search for documents (Shipments) according to their status by clicking on the drop-down box and clicking search. All shipments with that status are then displayed.
By default, only the shipments that you have created will be displayed in this screen.
The Pending Submissions screen is made up of a Search section
(1)
and a results list section
(2)
. In this instance, the search Status is set as Pending. You can also search for approved, rejected, processed or all shipments. Search results can be filtered according to the chamber that the certificates have been submitted to, the user ‘Signatory’ that submitted them, the Exporter Reference, Certificate Number, Invoice Number, Shipment Creation Date and Submission Type.
Enter the information you wish to search by and click on the search button.
If your company processes preferential certificates, a green tick in the far left column of the results list indicates that the ‘shipment’ is for a preferential certificate of origin.
