You can raise a support request directly with eCertify support by completing the support page.

1. Click on Support in the top right hand corner of the screen.

2. Select the System Area from the dropdown list.Note:- The options in this dropdown will vary depending on your submission method.

3. Select the description choice from the dropdown list. Note:- The options in this dropdown will vary depending on the system area chosen.

4. If applicable enter the exporter reference if the issue relates to a shipment.

5. Enter a subject for the issue.

6. Enter a detailed description of the issue.

7. Click on Log Support Case.
