Edit/Update a Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record
You may edit an existing Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record on the Exporters page.
Step 1.
Search for the Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record that you wish to edit.
Step 2.
Click the editor icon (pencil) in the row of the Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record that you wish to edit.
NOTE: Only Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record created by you can be edited.
Step 3.
The Exporter Registration page will display.
Step 4.
You can now edit the Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record following the same steps when you originally created the Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record.
Step 5.
After editing the Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record, click the 'Submit Registration Request' button to submit it to the Chamber.
NOTE: At this point, a notification indicating that the registration has been submitted to the Chamber successfully will display. A notification email is then sent to:
- the Chamber to advise that there is an update to an existing Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record made by the Freight Forwarder.
- the Exporter to advise that a Freight Forwarder had updated the existing Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record.
- the Freight Forwarder to notify them that a Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship has been updated.
NOTE:If the Chamber associated with the Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record requires re-approval of the record, a notification emails is then sent to:
- the Chamber to advise that there is an update to an existing Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record made by the Freight Forwarder and it is awaiting for their approval/rejection.
- the Exporter to advise that a Freight Forwarder had updated the existing Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship record.
- the Freight Forwarder to notify them that a Freight Forwarder and Exporter relationship has been updated.
