Step 3. If you do not wish to submit a particular document then deselect the checkbox for that document. The Certificate of Origin cannot be deselected.

Step 4. If required you may also submit other documents that you require the chamber to stamp or review as part of the shipment e.g. Certificate of Free Sale. You can attach up to 3 additional documents which must all be in the Adobe PDF document format by clicking on the browse button and selecting the document you wish to attach.

Step 5. You can enter any comments you wish to make to the chamber in the notes to Chamber text box.

Step 6. When you are ready to submit the shipment click on the submit button in either the top or bottom right corner.

Step 7. Select OK to confirm whether you intend to submit the documents to the chamber.

Step 8. Once the shipment has been submitted, you will be taken to the Pending Shipments Screen and your shipment will appear in the grid with a status of Submitted.

Step 9. You will see the system has generated a unique certificate number for the shipment after submission. The Certificate number will be in ECXXXXXXXXX format (EC as prefix followed by 9 number digits). For instance, EC123456789.
